Thank you

The best part of our job is making our clients happy! As a florist, the team at Stephanie Grace often doesn't get to say goodbye to our couples before they head off on their honeymoons! We love to hear the reviews from our clients...and it makes our job so very rewarding to hear that we helped make their wedding everything they had dreamed of. Below is an email from one of our clients. Thanks Tomoko for sending this! So thoughtful. Happy Honeymooning!

Hi Stephanie & Parnell!

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! for doing a great job on our flowers!!!
I absolutely loved everything!! and I am so glad I asked you to be our florists!!! Everything was so beautiful and exactly as I wanted if not more... Michael kept saying he was impressed with your flower arrangements and many of our guests said everything was beautiful.

Dad (my American dad) also told me Parnell and he came to a decision of getting rid of weird looking stairs and stage in a ceremony room. I am so glad you guys did!!! :-D The arch was beautiful!

Thank you again for your wonderful work! Absolutely i am your big fan!!! :-D

Sincerely,
Tomoko

Can't Resist Dessert in These

If you put cupcakes in front of me with some being white and some being pink, I would most definitely choose a pink one. I think this comes from the fact that I am all about aesthetics…if something tastes good, great, but it always has to look good. And speaking of both cupcakes and looking good, I came across another “Etsy find.” They are adorable cupcake wrappers, and can be made to any pattern and color scheme. You could stick with one pattern and color or even do a combination of colors and designs depending on your party. These are definitely desserts you will want to have on display as well; so creating a cute set-up of these chic cupcakes and their wrappers would be a must. You can see more colors and designs that the company, Sugar Cat Studio, comes up with on Etsy.

Honeymoon Haven

Perhaps this is my new favorite destination because it was featured so well on this season's "The Bachelor," but St. Lucia is top on my list of places to visit. The luscious green landscapes, black sand beaches and turquoise ocean seem like a too good to be true, slice of heaven. If you are getting married and still have not picked a honeymoon destination, I would have to suggest the tropical Caribbean Island of Saint Lucia. And the best part of this get-away destination is that it can appeal to both the active, adventurous couple, as well as the couple that just wants to lounge and relax all day. Just a few things you could enjoy on the island include scuba, snorkeling, sunset cruises, active volcanoes, hot springs, hiking to amazing views, and incredible rainforest explorations. If I could plan a vacation right now, I would love to consider this island... so to you lucky couples that have the excuse to plan this trip, I must say I am a little bit jealous.

Sweet tooth

So I had to blog about a baker that I just came across. The detail in these creations is fascinating, and while I haven't tried any of the confections, the pictures speak for how tasty I am sure they are. All the sinful delights come from the company "i am baker."What I instantly love about this Website is that it's a blog, portfolio and cooking book all in one. She even takes you step by step (with pictures) in recreating her favorite recipes that she features.

Clutch Onto This Idea...

Another great Etsy find!... Davie & Chiyo clutches. Whether it be a custom design for the bridesmaids or a punch of color and convenience for the bride, the clutches are a genius idea. And while you usually don't see the accessory in hand of the bride or bridesmaids we absolutely love incorporating one of these pieces to the ladies' looks. Imagine the head table lined with the ladies' matching clutches...too cute!

Picture Perfect Postage

While browsing the Martha Stewart Weddings Website, I came across so many adorable ways to add special touches to wedding invitations. One detail that I particularly love that they suggested, was to choose the stamps for the invitations custom to your theme or location. You can either contact the United States Postal Service or even search for discontinued stamps that are sold on sites such as Ebay. Whether it may be a vintage, discontinued stamp revolving around your theme or a stamp specific to your destination, we love this small detail for your guests to admire.

Cute Cut-Outs

Your place cards are obviously supposed to notify your guests where they will be going and sitting for the evening. With some of our favorite place cards, they not only designate guests where to sit, but they are incredibly eye catching. The company, Timeless Paper, that you can find on Etsy, as well as in our store, offers incredibly creative place card options. They come in fun, unique patterns like leaves, snowflakes, butterflies, birds and even more. Whether you use the birds for the spring, the leaves for the fall, or snowflakes for the winter, any of these cute cut-outs are a great addition to your tables!
